A Madalena Karting Circuit
A Madalena Karting Circuit is located in Soutelo de Montes. It arose to respond to a demand, increasingly on the rise among young people. A project that bets for the revitalization of the town council of Forcarei while providing an ideal space and services for the safe practice of motor sports.
The circuit was made possible thanks to the financial support of the “Excelentísima Diputación de Pontevedra” and the generosity of the “Comunidade de Montes da Madalena” which donated part of the land where the circuit is located today.
Nowadays, the A Madalena Circuit is one of the epicentres of the motor world in Galicia. All kinds of activities take place there: sports competitions, driving courses, celebrations, motorbike rallies, etc.

It has been considered a Historic-Artistic Monument since 1931 and is currently considered an Asset of Cultural Interest.
The total surface area of the enclosure is 46,658m2, of which 5,896m2 correspond to the actual monastery building and the adjoining church, 2,125m2 to the atrium of the complex and 37,629m2 to the three adjoining farms.
The monastery is a magnificent place for all kinds of celebrations.
