The Council of Forcarei, through its web portal, provides information of general interest to the Council and, in particular, information and management specific to the municipal organization. The information provided is current at the time of its publication.
The Council of Forcarei will make the necessary efforts to avoid errors and, where appropriate, repair or update them as soon as possible, not being able to guarantee their non-existence or that the content of the information is permanently updated.
The Council of Forcarei may, at any time and without prior notice, make changes and updates to the information contained in its portal or in its configuration or presentation.
Access to the Portal, as well as the use that may be made of the information it contains, are the sole responsibility of the user. The Council of Forcarei will not be held responsible for any consequence, damage or prejudice that may arise from this access or use of information, with the exception of all those actions that result from the application of the legal provisions to which the strict exercise of its powers must be submitted.
The Portal has included links to third-party website pages (“links”), mostly to Internet pages of other Public Administrations, which were considered of interest to users. However, the Council of Forcarei does not assume any responsibility arising from the connection or content of third-party links referred to in the Portal.
The intellectual property rights of this Internet Portal and its graphic design are owned by the City Council or disseminated with the authorization of the owners, unless a different ownership is indicated. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of these works, unless it is for personal and private use, constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Council of Forcarei or its owner. Likewise, all trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the portal are protected by law.
Data protection
The processing of personal data carried out through this Portal will be subject to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as its development regulations and other applicable regulations. The data that is collected will be transferred computerized or archived with the consent of the citizen, who has the right to decide who can have their data, to use them, to request that they are accurate and that they are used for the purpose for which they are collected, with exceptions provided for in current legislation.

The Electronic Headquarters of the Council of Forcarei maintains the levels of protection of your personal data in accordance with the Regulation for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, access unauthorized and theft of the data provided to the Forcarei Council portal.
