Parroquia San Pedro de Quintillán
Parroquia de san pedro de quintillán
There are numerous transepts in this parish, among which we can highlight the one known as the baroque and very historical transept of the Processions, which stands in the atrium of the parish church. This church has several images from the 16th century and a baptismal font from the 14th century. It is worth looking at some of the capitals that are placed at the head of some sarcophagi in the parish cemetery, due to their stone chip work.
The church dates from 1605, with alterations in the 18th century. The walls are made of cadeirado and granite masonry, with a tiled roof with two and four slopes. The façade is baroque, finished with a belfry with several openings, and ending in a pinnacle.
