The PR-G 100 Aciveiro-Candán Nature Trail is a circular route with a length of 14.5 km that runs through the northwest area of the municipality of Forcarei. Its starting and finishing point is the Mosteiro de Aciveiro. During its route, it crosses different types of landscapes: riverside forests, meadows, cultivated areas, villages, the Serra do Candán, a protected natural area under the figure of Special Protection Area of the Natura 2000 Network. Part of the course takes place on the access tracks to the wind farms in the Serra do Candán, next to the wind turbines, which reduces the value of the visitor experience.
