The climate of Forcarei is an attraction for tourists. With relatively mild winters and not too hot summers. Forcarei Town Council has a wide range of leisure and rest areas during the summer season as well as a set of facilities where you can practice sports throughout the year.
municipal swimming pools
The municipal swimming pools are open during the summer season (from June to September) from 12:00 to 20:30 every day of the week.
In these facilities, in addition to swimming courses for children and adults, you can practice aquagym or enjoy free swimming.
The territory of Forcarei is an ideal place to practice outdoor sports such as hiking, mountain biking, mountain walks such as the route to the Graña de Trasdomonte waterfall (see route on wikiloc) or even canyoning in the river Carballás in Presqueiras.
