The Employment Service of the City Council of Forcarei aims to offer a free public service of active job search in order to generate economic growth and social development. The services of this department benefit unemployed people, businessmen, traders, entrepreneurs, active people…
Its scope of action is municipal, depending organically and functionally on the City Council itself, it has no legal personality of its own and is configured as a municipal service.
Functions
- Guidance and labour intermediation, helping companies to recruit qualified workers to meet their staffing needs.
- Advertising of the different training courses, workshops, certificates of professionalism…
- Dissemination of job offers published on the different job portals.
- Advertising of Job Vacancies
- Public Administrations, both from the City Council itself and from other public administrations and bodies.
- Daily monitoring of official bulletins to detect aid and subsidies for the promotion of training, self-employment and job creation projects.
- Management of the Forcarei Town Council’s own employment exchange.
- Carrying out socio-economic studies of the town council to find out the real possibilities in terms of employment, training, resources, etc.
- Advice on entrepreneurial initiatives
- Advice and support in the creation of the curriculum
